While it’s hard to say goodbye, we couldn’t close our doors without one final celebration.

We’re a local, family-run business in Kalamazoo, MI with a passion for great BBQ and community. From slow-smoked, high-quality meats to the connections we build, everything we do comes from the heart. You’ll taste the difference—and feel it too.

Our process is simple.
We start with taking the freshest meats and produce we can find using Michigan products wherever possible. Then we get to work with our signature house blend of Rubs & Spices. But all the magic happens in our smoker. We use local hardwood Cherry, Oak & Hickory and slow smoke all of our meats from 3-14 hours.
Whether you’re planning a backyard gathering, corporate event, or festival, we’ve got you covered with flexible BBQ options—our catering service brings the feast to you, while our food truck delivers smoky, slow-cooked flavors on the go!
